1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Unused/unworn, original tags attached.

    • In original packaging with all accessories.

    • Include proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our team within 30 days at support@mile-you.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of item condition

  • Reason for return

Step 2:

  • If approved, we will email:Return instructions & warehouse address

  • International returns: Customer covers return shipping

Step 3: Securely pack the item and ship within 7 days of approval.

Note: Unsolicited returns will be refused.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection Timeline: Refund decisions within 5 business days of receiving your return.

  • Approved Refunds:

    • Issued to original payment method.

    • Processing time: Up to 10 business days (bank delays may apply).

    • Email notification sent upon completion.

4. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide:Photos/video of damaged item + packaging+Shipping label barcode images

  • Options: Full refund or free replacement (subject to stock).
